My family and I are frequent visitors to various Cold Stones in the east valley. On a recent visit we entered your store. There were about eight people already in line, and only one person working the counter.
While we were in the building this one employee prepared nearly 30 orders (as I'm sure your sales records will attest) working as fast as he possibly could, greeting each new customer and apologizing for the delay.
I just wanted to thank your employee for making what could have been a miserable experience, pleasant, and to let you know that you have an outstanding Cold Stone employee, who obviously enjoys his job and should be commended on a job well done.
