  • I have visited this salon twice - a second chance to make a better impression. Sadly, I have been disappointed twice. (Honesty, I am pretty easy going, so for me to be disappointed with results it has to be relatively bad!) I am not very good at self-care. This is why I pay others to do little things like maintaining my feet & hands in a sightly shape to others. However, even *I* could (& have) done a better job than I received. My finger nails look & feel terrible. They are rough & you can see scratches from them filing the surface of my nail. They did not attempt to buff them at all. As for the shape, they are not even nor are they straight across (they were supposed to be squared with rounded sides.) Looks like I let my 4 year old niece have a shot at giving me a manicure. Also with just one coat of polish, two days later my nails are well chipped already. As for my feet, they are still rough & feel battle worn. Ick! My friend & I were ignored once the polishing was done. We eventually had to make moves towards leaving before they even bothered to check to see if our nails were dry enough (a good hour after my pedi was done & 45 minutes after my nails.) The massage chairs are great. The staff are friendly enough. They have a good selection of polish.
