I typically review on Google, however felt the need to share this experience here as well. Checked out 6/11 after staying for 3 nights. We live here and had family in town so wanted to be in the same hotel after staying at the Vdara (highly recommended). Overall the room was clean and modern, somewhat smaller than expected. Nice design, lighting and TV (though we didn't use it much). Unfortunately we were locked out of our room a couple of times due to reservations not being merged correctly. Front desk was nice and worked to correct it. Valet staff was friendly and took care of our car. The reason for such low stars is because we had the unfortunate circumstance of my fiancé's coach purse was stolen from our suitcase in the room after requesting new towels and mini bar to be restocked. To add insult to injury we actually saw and spoke with the lady prior to just stepping out briefly and she didn't even restock the bar. I don't typically request housekeeping to try to avoid such things however I thought it would be nice to have it done once during our stay, seeing we were going out for my birthday that night and the minibar prices are pretty much in line with drinks elsewhere. We filed a report and they have access logs, so hopefully something comes of it and the purse is recovered. FYI, the room safe is in the drawer under the mini bar fridge. We didn't realize at the time and did not think we had to worry about thieving staff as we only had a few items in the room and the room was very much in order so it would be QUITE obvious if any of our personal items were disturbed. Not to mention we had spoken and seen each others faces. Shame on you lady. Update 6-14-18, Downgrade to 1 star. They sent an email pretty much saying they're not responsible for the incident. Nothing in regards to actions taken with the employee or anything. So, for all we know that same employee is still there and going through guests items (YOUR Items) with no consequences. We will never return to this establishment nor will we recommend it. If you read this, you've been warned.
