  • They are getting two stars for the following: professional service and the window cleaning was good. The three stars were detracted because the work they were hired for was sub par. We are getting our house ready to sell and requested walls, doors, baseboards, blinds, and windows be done. The owner quoted us a decent price and call it the "degreaser". The two men showed up later than expected (about an hour late, but did call when on their way) and seemed very professional. It took them a bit over 2 hours to do the work. I immediately noticed that the walls and baseboards still looked grungy. The owner did say some may not come off. However, I took a Magic Eraser to it all, and it came off easily. When one of the cleaners saw me re-cleaning the blinds, he did offer to do it. Yet there was so much half-done that it seemed pointless to keep them there longer. My guess is that their cleaning products just aren't the best since the Magic Eraser worked amazingly. My family and I had to go over the work again today. It seemed like a pointless waste of money since we had to re-do all of the walls, doors, and trim. But the windows do look nice. Skip the rest--get a magic eraser & just have them come do windows.
