rev:text	Patty Brugman, finance manager is a liar. I would discourage anyone from working with her. She told us a clear shield was being applied to our car "as we speak" on 4/14 (have this in writing) and we just learned it has yet to go on. It is 4/30 today and now shipment will be delayed causing us to rearrange travel we had planned so we can be available to receive our car two weeks later than originally promised by the shipper (bc he was told the clear shield had been applied as well when it had not been). She also lied and said a car was not certified pre-owned in order to sell us $4k worth of additional warranties. Only when we called her out on it did she continue to claim it was not certified, then took 3 days to get back us to say "oh my mistake it actually is certified." She wasn't responsive to email and we had to email multiple times to get a response from her, but when she wanted a check dropped off one day sooner so she could claim a sale before the next month started (that day conflicted with availability on our end) she had the audacity to say she wanted to send someone to pick it up from us. Seriously? It's one day, and that shows that you value $$ over your customers. I'm sure other people at this dealership are great but Patty made this experience horrible and stressful for us. If you are forced to work with her, fact check every piece of information she gives you, or you may end up spending unnecessary money. Also make sure you get what they promise you are getting or we would've had a car shipped to us that was missing a clear shield that we paid $1000 for.
