  • Probably the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I broke one acrylic nail and needed a replacement. The place that I like near me was closed so I was desperate. Never again! The man at the front desk was nice but looked at me like I had two heads when I told him I needed a replacement and it wasn't done there. I didn't wait very long, but when the tech approached me, she was talking with her mouth full to another tech and had food all over herself! She finally sat me down and I told her what I wanted and she rolled her eyes. I even told her that I JUST needed the acrylic and she didn't even have to polish it and that I had the polish at home. It took her like 3 minutes to put the acrylic on and file it down. 3 MINUTES. And she charged me $5. I don't care about the price, but the quality was awful. She didn't even shape them like the others and I basically had to go home, file them down, reshape, and polish them. Don't go there. They're sooo unprofessional. Try Veronia on Mentor Ave. instead.
