  • Great neighborhood. Building is unique, modern and super sexy. The staff is also incredibly nice and accommodating; however, the walls are so paper thin that it ruins everything! My neighbors literally just knocked on my wall because they heard my gf talking. Also, I'm playing music at a very reasonable level....but they can prob hear that too. I can hear their alarm every morning, spoons clanging against cereal bowls and their morning conversations (they are Turkish and speak loudly) so much so that I think they are literally in my apartment. Lastly, I can hear my other neighbor slam his front door shut 25 fucking times a day and in the middle of the night and every morning at 5am. I feel like I'm playing $1600 to live in a dorm. It's very disappointing.
