  • The store is always crowded which means long times waiting. The wait is exacerbated by the fact that the representatives are slow because they're as bad as used car salesmen. I went in to buy a phone, cash. But I couldn't do that - I had to say no to a bunch of upsells. No I don't need a $50 case, no I don't need a $30 car charger, or a $15 USB cord. If I did, I would have told you, or picked it up while I waited 15 or 20 minutes to talk to you! If they just did what the customer asked, the lines would go quicker.
