  • My father was placed here after a hospital stay. The facility is clean, the food doesn't seem too awful and the attendants are friendly. The issue is with following through. Asked about a medication at 10am and didn't hear anything back until I found one of the nurses in the dining room at 6pm. In addition we had asked another nurse in the morning about shower time and we never found out when it would be. I understand that there are many patients here, but perhaps they need to hire more help. Lack of follow through in troubling times is unbelievably frustrating and unnerving.
