  • I have taken this shuttle service a few times while visiting Las Vegas. Every time I get a ticket it seems as though the shuttle doesn't show up until almost a half hour later. This most recent trip to Las Vegas. It happened again. After about a half hour of waiting the shuttle was no where to be found. An employee came over and asked out group where we were headed to and all same area. We were put into a van with it packed full of people and luggage. On the ride to the hotel the luggage was moving all around. This is the last time I will be using this shuttle service.
