  • I made an appointment to see the doctor at 4:00pm and arrived at 3:40 to get ahead start on paperwork. The office was PACKED with patients even standing outside. They didn't give me anything to fill out until 4:20 and then said it would be about a 30 minute wait. Getting more and more frustrated I asked what place I was in line at 5:15 and they said it would still be another 30 minutes and two people where ahead of me. I wanted to just cancel at this point (1 hour and 35 minutes in) they already charged my copay and couldn't reverse it. The place had a terrible smell and only played Spanish television. I was finally seen TWO HOURS AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
