I dont have anything to compare to, but for my first yoga place, I love it. The actual studio is really well kept. Cubby areas get slightly cramped but there is always an open one to use.
As far as the actual class, the heat is a huge factor for me personally I am sure and don't know if I will want to do yoga without out.
I went to a beginners class with Eric teaching. I thought he was really good but I wasn't really taught anything on a personal level. I kinda just followed what other people were doing. I was confident enough after that first class to go to a regular one the following week though so I guess it did the trick.
The weekend classes are packed but Amy instructs it well. I went to another beginners class with Parker just to work on my form, and that helped a lot. She's a great instructor as well. I'm back to regular classes and thankfully due to my schedule, I can avoid those cramped weekend classes.
