  • Two stars because of their dress selection is actually pretty darn good! But unfortunately zero stars for customer service. I waited to write this review because I really wanted to love this bridal shop, I simply can't say that was the case. I have friends who have had amazing experiences but I had something far from that. My "bridal consultant" was a very young girl (nothing wrong with that) but who was seemingly inexperienced with working in a bridal shop or having much life experience. Some of the comments that were made were out of line and she didn't even help me into or out of the dresses. I'm not quite sure why you need an appointment here if you are going to do everything yourself; from pulling the dresses (she even asked what I was looking for and then didn't help me find any of the styles I described, just pointed to the different sections), getting into and out of them on your own, etc. I guess the appointment is simply to make sure you have a fitting room, which I still had to wait for! It wasn't that there was not a fitting room open she had me in one then when I said I was ready to start trying them on she said she was switching my room and I had to wait for the bigger room (bigger room, nice but I would have rather got started and switched once it became available since we only had one hour). I would not recommend this bridal "boutique" or at least the consultant that helped me it doesn't seem like she was trained or maybe just didn't care. It's a shame because they have a great selection here and I fell in love with two Kitty Chen dresses here (only distributor in Las Vegas) it was simply the consultant experience that was not worth any bride going through. When you're shopping for a dress you should feel Amazing and you should be excited not annoyed and ready to leave before you even walk out in your first dress. I just couldn't imagine buying my dress from her :-( . An event that should have been a beautiful and fun experience turned into an awful one quite quickly. When I found out a friend of mine works here (very part time) I expressed in detail all that happened and was met with so many apologies, if only she had been working the day I stopped in things would have probably been quite different. What a shame! Again the boutique itself is great the consultant not so much.
