I was rushing to the carpark when a woman outside this shop asked me to sample slivers of soap. Before giving it to me she offered another sample. Then a guy appeared from thin air and without asking how much time I had (which was very little) had me sit down. I watched him arrogantly proceed to tell me the abysmal status of my skin and with no word of what was in it, applied a chemical peel to my inner wrist. He didn't ask me about my health, nutrition, only what I do to my skin. Before I could answer, he interrupted me to point out my "large pores" and scolded me for being "too old to use a facial scrub". I watched this guy do all the wrong things to try and win my clientèle. I humoured him until he finished. Despite my discomfort and disinterest, he started to sell me products. I told him I'd wait 24 hours to see if the product was good for me (for all I knew it could have been poison). I thanked them and bolted, feeling verbally and physically attacked. What started as a simple and friendly interaction turned into one of the worst sales experiences ever. This place clearly has no clue how to win over a client -- or even how to treat people with dignity and respect. I'm young and my skin is ok, but I feel sorry for all the women who experience skin issues or feel pressured to buy things they don't need because of rude, arrogant and pushy salespeople. Stay far away from this place!!!
