  • This place use to be really good and had great customer service when andee was the owner! (probably were all the photos were from) I went here today cause it was a convenience for me due to my schedule and location I was in! It was by far the worst mistake I have done! 1st off I always get gel mani pedis and the lady who helped me was so terrible! Didn't catch her name cause they have no customer service but she has very short hair and a poor attitude! She started by drilling the gel off!? ( the whole point of gel is to avoid ruining the nails and not drill them! Soak them off!) then when it came to cutting I told her to make them shorter! She didn't even cut them she filed them slightly and that's all! They look like I haven't cut them in months! I asked her to fix it and she told me she files them! Which is fine! But my nails were not even and when i asked her to make them even she insisted that my nail bids are uneven which no one has ever told me that in my 11 years of getting pedicures, and never have they looked different lengths? But she said she will do it to make me happy with An attitude! At this point I went to see what there reviews were and no wonder they only ever get 1 star ratings! At this point my whole expirnce was ruined! Once she started to scrub my heals I about lost it! She used something that was almost as soft as a sponge? (Like what it that gonna do to my heals) she took maybe 5 mins total to scrub both feet? Which it the main reason of a pedicure I was pretty upset! So I said are you done? And she said yea and I said my feet didn't even change they were still as rough as they were when I came in and still Dirty? She said well you have to pay for the calus remover and at the point I told her to just stop and I will continue my services somewhere else my feet have never looked this bad especially after paying 30$ and mind you I didn't even get polish not even a clear coat! Very dissatisfied and not to mention no one even came to ask me what was wrong with my expirence or anything! Terrible! Don't waste your money or time here!!!
