  • I've been in and out of many airports over the years and this is one of my favorites for sure. I mean don't get me wrong, an airport is still in the airport... Busy, highly secured, and packed with our favorite people the TSA agents. The reason I like Phoenix Sky Harbor is because it's usually pretty well organized to where it's not a complete disaster if you don't get here hours and hours ahead of time. They have all of the standard stores, shops and restaurants that you would associate with an airport. One of the cool things that I have noticed here at Sky Harbor is the "cell" parking lot - this is where you can go, park for free and wait for someone to arrive. Once they have landed and gathered their baggage, they can call or text to let you know they're ready to be met by the curb. CIRCLING THE AIRPORT IS NOT NECESSARY!!
