  • Disappointing and unprofessional and probably unethical too. Checked in and they downgraded our room and when we complained (right away) the response was, "We can give your original room but we will have to charge you for a 2nd room since you already checked in to the 1st room. But since you mentioned it I guess the smaller room is suppose to be a lower rate."
