  • Although my one and only experience with Marin Door-to-Door was two years ago now, all of the poor reviews on here are certainly an indication that I am not the only one who can't say anything good about their service. Truth be told, our trip to the airport was fine. (Which reading the other reviews was pretty amazing.) However, when we got to the luggage area on our return and called to find out about our shuttle home, we were informed that they "...were not running that day." When pressed for the reason why, we were told that it was due to a bridge collapsing. Fortunately for us, as we left the terminal, a Marin Airporter drove up and we were able to get home that day. As we got on the bus, I mentioned to the driver that I was surprised that they were running since we had been told a bridge had collapsed. He was somewhat surprised that this would impact anyone living in Marin, since the overpass that had collapsed was in the EAST BAY... That was enough for us. There are alternatives in Marin. Use them.
