Recently we had a recall on our Honda. We scheduled an appointment to get it taken care of. The woman in the service department office said that if we scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning we should have it back by the afternoon. I called to check on it at 3:30 because we hadn't heard back. I was told that it hadn't even been started. We were stranded at our home all day because of this, and we could have had use of our vehicle instead of it sitting there all day long. I am very disappointed with their service.
