  • I called Diamond Back Lock and Key while I was shopping and didn't expect them to get to my Gilbert home so quick especially coming from Chandler. I called and gave my information and immediately I was called back to verify my address. A few minutes later, Michael shows up to diagnose the problem. Before doing anything l, he explained what he was going to do and got consent before doing it. I ended up having to get a lock changed and it was done so quickly. I had football on and didn't have to be taken away or distracted from it. The service and locksmith were both professional and courteous. Thank you.
