The water was no longer getting hot at my workplace, so I looked up plumbers in the area and noticed the 5 star review for Anthony's. I decided to give them a call. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and told me that someone would call about 20-30 minutes before arriving and the hours would be between 12pm and 2pm. The next day (scheduled day) it was storming and about 30 minutes before noon, the receptionist called to let me know that the mechanic was going to call me soon, but wanted to give me a courteousy call because he may be running a little late due to the previous job and the traffic from the storm. About 15 minutes later, the mechanic called and stated he was going to be there soon. He showed up at 12:15pm. I am used to places saying they are going to be a little late and showing up hours later, they were still within their time frame and still had the courtesy to call when they thought they would be late. The mechanic, Eric, was very professional and courteous. He took about 10 minutes to run diagnostics on the water heater and it ended up being the fuses that needed to be replaced. He then said that it is very easy to replace those and if we have someone who feels comfortable doing that, then he would leave it for us to do. We ended up having someone who would do it and save us money. He could have sold us stuff and not given us the option to do it ourselves, but instead he was honest and didn't charge us anything to come out. I would highly recommend this place.
