  • Had to take several flights of stairs because the escalator was down (it is ALWAYS down) and so was the elevator -- completely unacceptable and not compliant with the ADA. I hate going to movies or restaurants at the Esplanade because the parking there is atrocious. It is VERY confusing to navigate. They need better signage about where to park if you're going to a movie or restaurant. It really is terrible.
