  • I'm sorry Enterprise for cheating on you. I promise baby, I'll never do it again. This was my first and last time with Thrifty. I was tempted with the "thrifty" prices, but that's where I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. They "lost" my reservation even though I had an email confirmation. Then they told me I only requested a car for a few hours, no I needed it for a whole day. I requested a midsize, but was given a compact. Not worth turning around and arguing who cares I just needed wheels. The rental agent had zero personality., nice welcome to Vegas lol. To top it off, I returned my car 12 minutes after my full 24 hours were up and was charged another day. The clerk changed it and told me no one ever really complains about the policy. Uhhhhhh okay. So if I returned early I would've been charged an extra $10, but since I returned the car 12 minutes after my whole day you charge for a full day and no one would complain about that? Sure... Back to Enterprise I go. I stepped out and learned my lesson.
