  • Strange place, maybe, to get a phone (or 2), but that's what the Little Man and I did...and I've done it before. I go to this Sam's Club regularly to stock up on bulk food items, and everything typically goes well, so I have no issues generally with the store. Prices and selection fits my needs. I've even gotten tires here more than once. Alas, the the other day my trusty Galaxy 5S took the dirt nap. The next morning I was out with the kiddo getting breakfast, and figured I may as well get a new phone...and we were near Sam's, so I stopped there instead of the Verizon Store. The kiosk attendant -Jay - was the same guy that got me the S5 3 or 4 years earlier, and he hooked me up with a new S9, and I let my 11 year old talk me into an I-Phone 8 for him. In short order we were up and operational, and even got the pictures on the old phone transferred to a disk, and new passport photos to boot. Fairly quick and easy...but I did neglect to pick up some salmon fillets. Eh... next trip.
