  • THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM OPERATION. They have multiple unresolved complaints with BBB and should be under investigation for fraud. On 12/9/2016 I spoke with Kevin about getting service for an Excursion Stretch Limo from my wedding reception (12/10). We guaranteed that his price offered of $300 would include driver gratuity, a 30-min pick-up waiting window between 8:40pm-9:10pm as our reception was ending so we could decided when to leave, and a 25 minute drive to our hotel. He said it was no problem and assured me 3 different times of the pick up location, time, car type, and price over the phone. We never signed a contract. He got my card info so he could bill me after service the following night after I had signed a contract. He told me I would have to sign the contract in the limo before going anywhere. On 12/10 at 11:52AM I called to confirm the ride and details but still did not sign any contract. As I spoke with Kevin (who I had spoken with the day before) he proceeeded to bear false witness and change every term he had promised including: 1) pick up window time 2) car type 3) service to our hotel. I recounted our conversation the previous day and that the new terms wouldn't work. He became very rude, called me names derogatory terms over the phone. I asked to speak to his manager, to which his response was, "I AM THE MANAGER." I then asked if I could speak with his advisor, and he shouted at me and threatened me. I asked if we could end the call politely and he cursed me. We hung up. I waited a minute (hoping he would cool down) and called back. I asked if we could talk respectfully with each other and he continued to verbally assault me over the phone and curse at me. At this point on my wedding day I had no other options so I felt cornered and manipulated, like I was being taken advantage of. I called another service to hire them, and called Kevin back to cancel any plans for service & made sure to note on the call that we had no contract or agreement and he agreed and hung up. Next day I was charged $300 with NO CONTRACT OR SERVICE.
