  • I am a believer in the customer service with RRS now more that ever. Rod and Theo the mangers of this store freaking awesome. These guys made things right when there was a communication problem with another employee that never called me back when I had waited for a shoe for 3 weeks. Let me say that Theo made sure I got the shoe I needed the very next day.. Who does else does that. Rod the other manger also help with the process of getting the shoe I needed. I will always from this point forward buy my running shoes from RRS. So if anyone has had a problem with RRS , contact Rod or Theo from the Tempe store. They will listen to your concerns.
