I just recently had my wedding here November 8, 2015. The price was good the food was amazing and the venue was very beautiful. I had paid for 84 guest to attend my wedding and the venue had only set up 70 chairs for my ceremony. While walking down the aisle I see people standing during my ceremony. I had no idea what was going on I thought maybe my guest were trying to take photos but later to find out they didn't have a place to sit. During my reception I found out that they also didn't have enough chairs inside. Being a bride the last thing you want to do is stress on your wedding day. When I saw my guest standing outside in the cold because they didn't have a place to sit inside of the reception area really had me upset. After my wedding I spoke with the so-called managers of Rainbow Gardens. I wanted to talk to the owner but no one would allow that to happen. They pretty much told me they're sorry and that the Coordinator that I had on my wedding day was "brand-new" and they could give me back FIVE DOLLARS per chair that they didn't provide on my wedding day. No amount of money could make up for the screwup of my wedding day. My best advice is if you plan on having a wedding here make sure you doublecheck everything from chairs to tables to linens that you pay extra for that they do not provide! Because the simple things that you would think they would get correct they might not.
