  • The only reason I'm not giving this store one star is because they do have an impressive selection of lovely rugs. But if you're expecting customer service, you're not going to get it here. Like another reviewer mentioned, you're greeted at the door by a little yappy poodle who rubs his butt all over the rugs in the store. Then after we mentioned a price range (which may have been modest, but certainly not out of the realm of possibility), the owner literally laughed in our face and proceeded to turn his back on us as if we were not even worth his attention. Maybe we aren't ready to spend $4000+ on a rug at this point in our young professional lives, but when we are ready to make that sort of plunge, we certainly will not be returning here.
