  • Terrible customer service by the woman who I assume is the manager. Other sales associates were great but I can't give any words of praise to a store that is run by such a rude and condescending woman. There are many formal dress stores along Avenue Road that have beautiful dresses and excellent customer service, so if you're going to be paying for their services in store at Lemor (they charge you extra for their "customer service", ask about it before you check out or compare their online prices vs. in store), then you might as well go to a store that actually respects their customers. IMPORTANT: Since a lot of people don't know this, I would like to emphasize that they CHARGE EXTRA FOR THEIR SERVICES. As in, when you buy a dress, an extra % has already been added onto the price tag. I only noticed this because when I went on to their website, their prices were lower than in store. When I asked the manager about this, she screamed that we were paying extra for their "services" in store (i.e. setting up change rooms, getting sizes, checking out; basically, doing what they're paid to do) and that if I didn't like that, then to shop elsewhere. I would NOT recommend a store that charges you extra for customer service when they have no sense of what the term means. Dresses are already expensive, so make sure you know where your hard earned money is going.
