  • If I could give this place negative stars I would. Stay away! They have false advertising on the Internet and over the phone. I called to have the special of 9.99 Per room that I saw online. When I spoke to the woman who answered the phone she told me that the only thing that would be extra if if there were stains and that those would cost $.25 per square foot. Once the tech arrives my house he told me that it was going to be $129 because the $9.99 that I was previously quoted only included steam cleaning and that all three rooms of carpet needed to be pre-treated. Then when I told him what I was quoted he began to argue with me and told me that that was not true. When he was not The person that I spoke to over the phone. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could not leave my house without me paying a $25 cancellation fee. I refused because I never agreed to the terms that he told me and then he refused to leave my home. I finally had to tell him that I would call the police if he refused to leave my home. If these people send me a bill for a $25 cancellation fee I will be taking this all the way to the better business bureau the police the news or whoever I have to because they are a horrible company with horrible morals. All of these people have the same thing to say about this company for a reason. It is a scam stay away!
