  • My husband closed the garage door down on my brand new car causing damage to my roof...i found Tracy's on yelp and requested assistance. Within 5 minutes i was setting up an appointment through Chip for the next day. I met with Kat and she inspected my car and gave me the not so good news...because of the location of the damage, the sunroof etc, it would be a big job-showing me things i didn't even notice/understand. I was pretty upset. She mentioned a plan b, where they might be able to get it presentable without major repair. It wouldnt be good as new unless they did the major job, which i didn't want to do because of insurance premiums. I brought my car in this week and they called me within a couple hours to come pick it up. I was really shocked at how good they made it look with some buffing and touchup. Unless you are looking down on it right up close, you can't tell! I want to thank Kat and the staff for their kindness and generosity and their time. Kat knows her shit and she is good at what she does. I would trust this place with my car again. I would not hesistate to recommend.
