I have stayed previously and loved this place. I had my family and I stay there again for 4th of July. Bad decision. First know I had two separate reservations because I booked from Hotels.com and there was two different owners, Signature at MGM and Luxury Suites at MGM. So I stayed three days but moved rooms once. Thursday and Friday I stayed at Sig at MGM, room was nice BUT the housekeepers stole my earrings!!!!! Nothing was done to track down the maid who cleaned my room and No remorse or care was given! This on just hours after I switched rooms! They said the maid would have called and turned into security, well yeah, IF they didn't decide just to keep them!!!!!
My next room was by Luxury Suites at Sig and oh my, what a mess! I am so glad I didn't pay the whole price they went for! I used my rewards to pay down and then paid for an upgrade. Such a sad, sad 1 bedroom. Holes in the wall, broken furniture, scalding water, tore up carpet! There was nothing they could do but offer me better NEXT time. SO disappointed! I can not believe what they charge people to stay there!!!!
I think it is luck of the draw when staying there!
