  • Took my 2014 Ford Edge (which I bought from Gaudin Ford) to get an oil change. I showed up on a Wednesday just after 12pm. 1. The manner is which they have cars line up away from the build is confusing and allowed 3 other cars to get ahead of me while waiting in my car (usually a guy comes out and takes your information). Here you have to park and walk into the service station (while leaving your car keys in the car) 2. The "Works Package" just a fancy worded proper oil change with tire rotation and inspection. Stated price online was $39.99, actual price out the door $55. That's an extra 37 percent for fees and taxes. Outrageous. 3. At time of check in I was quoted 1 hour 30 mins until completed. Actual time I spent 2 hours 30 mins. For an oil change!!!? That is absolutely ridiculous! And they wanted another 15-20 mins, but I said no way as I had to go into work. Nobody in the service department said sorry for the long wait, apologized for wasting my time, etc. And they didn't even wash the car before handing it over. Nobody came to tell me what the "inspection" found. Nothing other than "How would you like to pay." I would highly recommend some other place to service your vehicles. I think maybe next time I will take it next door to the Chevy dealership and see how their service is.
