  • Let me say this store is the worst for customer service I have ever seen. On my first visit they had signs all over the store saying buy one get 2nd half off. So I picked a pair of shoes then the 2nd pair I wanted was not available in my size. So I asked if they could give me a time frame as to when they would be getting more in possibly in my size and was told they never know what they will get or not get. So unfortunately I had to buy just one pair. Once I had left I had put said pair on and to my discomfort found out they were too big and were giving me blisters. So the next day I returned them and got next size down and the other shoes I had wanted since I didnt need size I thought - they had 2nd pair in my size. So this was awesome since I was splurging on first pair which were $60 the 2nd were to be only $15. Once at the register the gal told me she could not do an exchange with the 2nd purchase. So I told her to just refund the 1st pair and I would repurchase the other ones after. Well I used my debit card and so she said she could only credit it back then do other purchase. Problem is that it takes 5-7 days to credit me the refund so I asked her to just give me a cash refund she said no go I left with only one pair of shoes and for $60 they are worse than the first - hurt my feet. The buy one get 2nd half off is a scam - this place only has the shoes that are out dated and nobody could sell- only athletic shoes and nothing else. I would say not to waste you time going in - unless you want some abuse.
