  • My appt yesterday went flawlessly. Their staff was courteous, and their office was immaculate. I saw Dr. Duggan, and will definitely be going back to her. She was informative, patient (I had to bring my 5 month old daughter the appt with me), and very pleasant. When I went back to their office that same night (for my husband's appt), she still answered MY questions that I had forgotten to ask earlier. I was given samples of everything I wanted to try. Great customer service overall!! My one minor complaint is their glasses selection. I know that private offices generally don't have a great selection on budget-friendly frames (I really didn't want to pay out of pocket for my frames), but I couldn't find a pair that stayed under my insurance allowance. This wasn't enough to take away any stars, though!
