  • I can't understand why people go here and see elan. My friend and I both booked an appointment with her and she was incredibly unfriendly and rude. She kept telling me that it was my fault the gel polish wasn't setting, that my body temperature was too hot (HELLO IT WAS 113° DEGREES YESTERDAY) I wanted a dark green polish with glitter overlay. She told me I couldn't do it because it didn't match! That's what I wanted on MY nails though!! She had also tried to talk my friend out of the design she wanted , too! I am so disappointed by my experience. My nails needed to be filed and shaped after and looked like they were not treated with care at all. The salon has a good vibe and is very clean. Maybe another person would be better? I'm not sure but I would steer clear of elan. She was not nice and very pushy :(
