  • Terrible experience here! I wish I could give 0 stars for lack of customer service. I'm visiting in town, and I call a few hours in advance to ask if there are any cars available for around the time I would like. The guy says it is no problem, and that they have plenty available. He then recommends for me to make my reservation online because it is cheaper. So I make my reservation online, and I receive a confirmation receipt in my inbox. I am on my way to pick up my rental car when I get a phone call about 5 minutes before my pick-up time. I am told that there are no cars available because about 16 people came in off the street and ordered them all. This isn't my problem since I make the reservation and you shouldn't be giving the out to people that don't have reservations. I ask if I can receive any cars from other lots and he says there are none. In fact, he is sarcastic about it saying, "if I had a scooter for you I'd give it to you." He then tells me that he will call me back once they find a car for me. I never received a phone call back from them. I will never rent with them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
