  • Horrible experience! They made a ridiculous mistake fixing my car (they forgot to replace all the screws they removed) which resulted in the interior light flashing like a disco ball and my locks not working. They repaired it in a July and this happened in September. I took it to my regular repair shop to figure out the problem and they found the missing screws. When I called Horton I spoke to the assistant manager and the manager, both of whom I needed to yell at before they would listen. The manager told me I should have called them as soon as my interior light went on. Right. I take my car to an autobody shop because I know how to fix it myself. They said they would happily fix it, but I won't let them near my car again!
