I really love belonging to TBCHH, it has changed my lifestyle for the better. I have never sweated so much while working out. The club offers a wide range of both male and female trainers. The trainers all have different personalities and teaching styles which keeps it interesting. I recently just started one on one circuit training sessions, these are intense and even more challenging than the classes. When I first started I could barely make it through a 60 minute session, now I am going 4-5x's a week. The energy is great there and all of the trainers are very helpful.
