I'm careful of too many superlatives in any reviews because if they're too good they look like hype. But I can't resist:
This is the best service call I've had in my home in recent memory. Allen and Eric operated like surgeons to replace the rollers, fix the broken mechanism and tune up the rest of it.
Two guys with great attitudes and service so fast, I would not have thought it possible.
As someone who's done customer service seminars and consulting for corporate America, I try to note the differences in consistencies of excellence. From great attitudes to being meticulous in explaining their actions, Allen and Eric's communication skills were at the highest levels.
Frankly, I doubt that these two could be representative of any organization they work for. They are that good. If this company is only half as good, then you should be able to rely on them for top notch service.
