  • Had a quick drink in the downstairs bar and was quite taken back by the fact that the service was really rather terrible. Very slow and non-attentive staff. Then went to meet my party upstairs. While the view is great and the vibe fantastic.. (older crowd).. I was again surprised by our server. She seemed quite overwhelmed, lacked basic social skills and generally did not add to the experience. The first time in my life I was going to tip low and she grabbed the debit machine, typed in 18% and said that was mandatory for groups over 6. Well lucky her.. otherwise she would not have been making much off our group. A few of the other staff I dealt with over the night seemed pleasant enough but I wasn't overly impressed by the experience.
