  • Its McDonald's! Do we really need a review of this fast food giant ? Although we all know and love this establishment, some locations vary in terms of convenience, efficiency, order accuracy, service and surprisingly, food quality. I come to this location frequently so here's my scorecard on those above-mentioned categories: Convenience: 24 hours. Enough said. Efficiency: This location is fairly quick in adopting any new changes, like the automated cashiers and delivery. Food efficiency is not as up to speed however. This location is very busy. Especially during the prime times of breakfast, lunch and dinner. This needs some serious re-hauling as sometimes I'm 10 people away from my Mac. Order accuracy : I feel like this has gone up since the implementation of the automated ordering kiosks. Service: Really good ! A number of times , I've been greeted by their newly appointed attendants who flutter around and try to help people navigate the new ordering system. They've also helped me resolve pricing discrepancies promptly. Food quality : Hit or miss. Sometimes the English muffins are hella soft. Sometimes hard as a rock.
