  • Brian is excellent at working in the Executive Lounge! He was very understanding of our family "party".... we were loud and a little obnoxious, he was very accommodating; Thank You Brian for going the extra mile at being patient with our rowdy bunch! Danylle (Danielle) our bartender was very attentive and went beyond just average service to get us to-go cups and also served our late guests upon arrival when I had to leave, she honored my request to add them to my bar tab. She was very respectful no matter how much we had to drink & how silly we got. Your kindness did not go unnoticed Danylle! (we Uber, no drunk driving in our family) Thank You Hilton for having the best customer service of any hotel we have stayed at. This was our third stay at your Hilton and we have never been disappointed. Your employee's are top notch! The Kultala's 5/9-12/2018
