We enjoyed dinner at Vogue last night. Started with the bruschetta ($5) and foie gras ($15). My daughter had the roasted chicken ($17) which was very tender and moist. My wife had the NY strip steak special ($27l. The sauce was delicious but the steak didn't come out medium rare. It was good, but could have been so much better. The house did us right by comping her meal. Kudos for that. We didn't even ask. I had the rabbit civet ($25). Now this dish was amazing. I ordered a side of farro which went very well with the sauce.
The wine lost is modest with some very interesting offering. The best part? The wine isn't priced at 3X retail costs.
All in all a great experience.
