  • AVOID BULWARK AT ALL COSTS. We've had Bulwark about 1 year and half now, after moving into a new construction home. We realized that despite paying $100/mo we had lots of bugs and insects in our home. We started to observe the "technician" they were sending out and discovered they basically did nothing but wipe down the frames of the windows with a roller? So we cancelled. Got written email confirmation our service has been cancelled. They've come three times since then, and charged us for all 3 times despite not wanting service and cancelling. We haven't paid but they're threatening to go to debt collectors so I guess it's against our credit now. So, unless you want to pay them until the end of time to not treat your house, I would never use them.
