  • Very friendly and helpful sales personnel, sowed us around and explained what we wanted to know but left us alone to wonder around and asked further questions. Ended up buying a set for our family room but need to wait for our colour of choice. Only disappointment is that we were told it would be ready in 3 months and the written documentation says allow 8-10 weeks for custom orders however now we are being one piece won't be ready for 4-5 months. Outside of that we are very satisfied with the service and cannot wait to enjoy our new set for years to come. Great furniture with an excellent reputation.
