  • Update: 360 Physical asked me to reconsider my yelp review since I received my refund check and cashed it. So here is my update it only took seven phone calls and an email to the VP of customer service to finally get my refund 16 business days after they told me it would only take 7-10. So not worth the hassle If you are interested in physical therapy for 80+ year olds this is your place. If you are looking for a more active place don't go here. Accidentally overpaid by $100. Got a bill saying I owed $27. Six phone calls to their billing department resulted in them agreeing I overpaid. Said I would get the refund in 7-10 business days. Its been 13 business days and still no refund.
