  • About a year ago I went to this place. The customer service was decent and they have some nice prices. We purchased a sofa, entertainment center and some decorative items (pictures etc.). We were told delivery would be in about 5 days and that's where the problem began.....it went from 5 days to 10 days to 1 month. The problem was our entertainment center was being sent from CA. The final straw was when Mor Furniture said it might be Nov before we saw our entertainment center--and we purchased in August. There was no apology and I returned everything, but the sofa which got to my house 2 weeks after I bought it. I've not been back and never plan to go back. The quality of the furniture is decent, but when you have an large empty space waiting to be filled why does it take months to deliver? Perhaps be honest and upfront when folks buy stuff that it will be months before they see it.
