  • What a mess!!! If we hadn't prepaid, we would have changed. Hertz would match or try to beat it right there on the spot. Very very long line. Do they not know they're in an airport? 22 people in line and three clerks, 45 mins just to get to a clerk. Another 10 to be done. Ugh!!! Maybe if they didn't give the high pressure sales to upgrade, change, add extras, etc., people wouldn't have such a long wait. Unless it's free, we don't want it. All the options were there when I booked it. Please just get me out of there ASAP. I will never book with advantage again.
