  • Are you looking to buy a new car? Do you want to be made to feel less than, like you're not "cream of the crop," or that because you're a woman you don't have a seat at the table when making a big purchase? Then Hendricks Honda of Concord is where you want to go! They're rated number one in misogyny and condescension--no one else comes close! I personally recommend Bob, because he seems to get most defensive when challenged by a woman who doesn't have a man by her side and knows when he's speaking hullabaloo and trying to make a buck off of her! He really loves turning the table and putting the blame back on you for accusing him of trying to make a sale. My personal favorite addition that he gives to the car buying experience is the fact that he raises his voice in the main lobby and tries to humiliate you with fingered air quotes and phrases like, "the economy is changing." Ladies - and humans of earth - you do NOT have to take a first offer. You do NOT have to sit back and take the bull they spew at you with their fast talk and closed door negotiations. YOU are the one taking out a loan. YOU are the one making monthly payments. YOU are paying THEIR paycheck. YOU are valuable and if anyone, man or woman, raises their voice at you in a public space because YOU have done your research on something that will affect YOUR finances - walk away. It is not worth it. I walked straight out of Hendricks Honda Concord to Priority Honda and got the car I wanted at the price and interest rate I knew I could get. It's amazing what amazing customer service and treating people like humans can do.
